    Waterberg.online has grown over the years as the biggest accommodation and Events resource in the Waterberg Region.  During the last couple of years the pandemic have caused havoc within the tourism industry, places have closed down, changed ownership or had to scale down on services provided. 

    To help your customers make an informed decision we include your Facebook page link in all listings. A live Facebook page feed is currently available but provider dependent.

    To effectively  support the local tourism and events industry in the Waterberg we have created various packages to suit everyone of our customers.

    We have 3 Listing Categories

    1. Accommodation and Services (Lodges, Guesthouses, Camping, Restaurants, Activity providers, Attractions, Tourism related services.) Check listing packages and pricing here

    3. NGO & NPO Check pricing here

    Game lodges, holiday resorts and other accommodation providers can upgrade the way their details are displayed 

    As part of our community project we offer special listings to selected NPO’s and Government Organisations. Feel free to write to us to check if you qualify. 

    I would like to manage my own listing on Waterberg.online

    My venue is listed but I would like to manage it myself.

    1. First decide on the type of package that suit your business the best.
      Note: The fields displayed and the duration. If more than one package is bought it can be used separately on different listings or in succession Eg. To extend a listing when expiring.
    2. Get the relevant information together as per the Package selection
    3. Contact details
    4. Detailed description for listing
    5. Logo Image and Cover image plus images to showcase you listing (Max 8 images at 200kb each)
    6. Follow link below the mast head of your Listing to ” Claim listing” to complete the Registration and payment process.
    7. If you already registed you

    Yes. Waterberg.online have made each listing type to have a review area, once you gain reviews your page is then given a rating, which is reflected on your banner and mini listings.

    For the best looking listing we have a few recommended image sizes:

    • Very top banner (Cover Image) use 1600 x 650px in Jpg format.
    • Logo it is best to use 300 x 300px in Jpg format.
    • Gallery images are best viewed at 1200 x 600px.

    All images uploaded to Ourspaza are compressed to serve your page the best load times.

    NOTE:  When uploading images there might be a short delay when this process runs in the background 

    Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from within your dashboard. Please note that there are no refunds for any remaining time of your subscription when you cancel. You can find  full terms and conditions here

    To make sure that listings stay active, we charge a low  fee for 3 individual plans. All plans stay active throughout your subscription period and renewal is manual and you will be required to  renew. 

    Yes. We support both Vimeo and Youtube, you can find the video URL path when creating your listing or editing an existing listing.
